I restored this heavy metal Vintage Utensil Holder removing all the rust it had accumulated. I my design was to utilize ifor carrying utensils, holding art or makeup brushes, or displaying small cut flowes. I decoupaged it in a French Toile cream and soft brown rice paper and sealed it so that I can be handwashed. .
This is a one-of-a-kind creation.
